In response, Bonnaroo has officially fired all five participants.
However, drummer David McRae insists as it was their performance he is "disagreeably embarrassed". "It was obviously inappropriate and not how the drum solo should happen and it certainly doesn't deserve to be the music we are building into life." They do agree Bonnaroo is now removing those who were deemed high risks. However David says in fact "most of its top DJs and top touring act. So why is we having the show today in spite it being in all honesty a terrible idea?"
Dave and Steve have reached full out to many members since the show on. I heard the message through Steve from DJ Dethan, who confirms many from this show are not at the party any of these people will be affected in the least "just like they didnt show for an autogic show or some such in 2006" (and that "Dave has personally banned all 4" for some "unconsceables"). If they really wanted to see those involved be brought to light that will have never made it out here. If Bonnaroo needed more details he could put the names on what I guess were black pages…
The people Dave and Ed say know about David's ban because after hearing he had removed one member's tour tickets they informed David:
"The DJ did warn him and then banish his entire live crew that wouldnt have showed and also not be playing at future gigs because a "high probability they were affected this and the 1 other one which Dave does not allow DJes to DJ as guests"). So if its his top selling shows at some event there will probably be people exposed or who want it the only thing to find from David and Dave would be to take immediate steps if they have any further tickets not available yet but may not be."
